There are 2 downloadable files containing property data. The bottom two links have layouts for each file. Both of these files are updated nightly. If you have any questions, you may contact the database manager at ddufva@washoecounty.us

Begining 8/25/06 the Generic File includes data on closed parcels. Please check the Property Text section of the Generic File Layout for more information.

WARNING: The Generic.zip and the QuickInfo.zip files are over 20 mb each and may take a couple of hours each to download without a high speed internet connection. The file will need to be extracted with WinZip or a similar program. Once extracted, the user will need to use a program such as MS Access, Excel 2007, or DBase to put the data into a usable format. The files are too large to be opened in typical spreadsheet programs such as Excel 2003(or earlier) or Lotus.
