The Senior Tax Assistance/Rent Rebate Program (STARR Program) is no longer available.
During the 2011 Legislative Session SB423 was introduced and ultimately signed into law by Governor Sandoval. Section 10 of this bill eliminated the STARR Program. You may review SB423 on the Nevada Legislature web page at:
