Application Schedule
It is the goal of the Community Development Department to continue to provide the high level of quality customer service that Washoe County is known for. We have determined that realigning the application dates for discretionary permits heard by the Board of Adjustment and Planning Commission will allow for the maximum opportunity for citizens to submit development improvement requests.
The One-Map Two-Map project has been approved; therefore, the Comprehensive Plan Amendment process has been replaced by Master Plan and Regulatory Zone Amendments.

Appeal applications are accepted for a specific duration of time, depending on type of application, following Board action. Contact the Planning desk at 775.328.6100 for details.
