Cold Springs CAB
The Cold Springs CAB was originally formed on April 14, 1998. On July 8, 2008, the Washoe County Commission dissolved the Cold Springs CAB and modified the North Valleys CAB boundaries to include the geographic boundaries of the Cold Springs CAB.
