How can I get a nurse to visit a family that is having difficulty with their child (baby)?

Who can check on a baby/child I'm concerned about? What if I suspect child abuse?
- If there is an emergency situation, call 911
- Call Washoe County Social Services at (775) 328-2300 to report suspected child abuse or neglect.
- The Crisis Call Center will take your calls 24 hours a day at (775) 784-8090 and forward the report to Washoe County Social Services
- Local law enforcement can take your report when you suspect immediate danger:

When is the Take Care-A-Van coming to my neighborhood?

Immunization Program:
What are your hours and are you open during lunch?
Our hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 a.m. - noon and 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
What do we need to bring?
Your shot records and your current Medicaid or Nevada Check Up cards, if applicable.
Would you have our records if we are from out of the area?
We have a state registry (Nevada only) but not all doctors offices are on line.
