Immunization Fees for Children

Childhood immunization fees vary depending on Vaccines for Children (VFC) eligibility. The following children are considered VFC eligible:

• Children enrolled in Medicaid
• Children enrolled in Nevada Checkup
• Children who are American Indian/Alaskan Native
• Children who have insurance which doesn't cover immunizations
• Children who do not have insurance

Proof of enrollment in Medicaid or Nevada Checkup is required at time of service.

Immunization fees for children who are VFC eligible are $16.00 per vaccination.
