Regional Mapping is a map checking service provided to Reno, Sparks and the Unincorporated County. The services consist of technical map checking and insuring that the approved maps are entered into the Washoe County GIS parcel database within a week of recordation. GPS base stations have been located throughout Washoe County and are maintained for the use of private industry and public agencies.
Unrecorded maps older than 2 years from the date submitted will be removed.
Recorded maps will be posted for a period of six months
