TECHNICAL MAP CHECK FEES

Per Interlocal Agreement between The City of Reno, The City of Sparks and The County of Washoe per document no. 2233806 recorded on July 22, 1998.

SUBDIVISIONS

$285 per subdivision plus $20 per lot, common area or right-of-way minus 1 free parcel (if a private street)
(ex: 150 lots, 4 common areas, 2 parcels and 1 right-of way:
20 X ((150 + 4 + 2 + 1)-1) + 285 = (20 X 156) + 285 = 3405

If a subdivision is resubmitted with revisions other than those requested by the City or Washoe County, a fee of $285 plus $20 per lot changed will be assessed. The fee is not to exceed the original technical map check fee

ALL OTHER MAPS: $225

(parcel maps, land maps, records of survey, boundary line adjustments, reversion to acreage, dedication and amended)

CERTIFICATE OF AMENDMENT: $70
