Public Comment will be available and is limited to three minutes per person and to matters other than the agenda items that will be heard at the Meeting. Persons are invited to submit comments in writing on agenda items and/or attend and make comment on that item at the Meeting.

Pursuant to NRS 241.020, the Agenda for the Investment Committee has been posted at the following locations: Washoe County Administration Building (1001 E. 9th St.), Washoe County Courthouse-Clerk's Office (Court and South Virginia Streets), Washoe County Central-Downtown Library (301 South Center St.), and Sparks Justice Court (630 Greenbrae Drive), and further, this agenda will be posted on The Washoe County Treasurer's website at www.washoecounty.us/treas.

NOTE: Items on the agenda may be taken out of order, combined with other items for consideration, delayed for discussion, removed from the agenda or moved to the agenda of a future meeting.

All items numbered below are hereby designated for possible action as if the words "for possible action" were written
next to each item (NRS 241.020). An item listed with an asterisk (*) next to it is an item for which no action will be taken.

* 1.  Roll call.

* 2.  Public Comments. Comments heard under this item will be limited to three minutes
        per person and may pertain to matters off the Committee's agenda. The
        Committee will also hear public comment during individual action items, with comment
        limited to three minutes per person and pertaining to the individual action item under
        discussion at the time.

  3.   Approval of minutes for the October 25, 2011 meeting.

  4.   Recommendation and possible update to the Washoe County Investment Management
        Plan, including possible changes to the criteria for regarding maximum aggregate positions
        of various investment instruments.

 *5.  PFM's (Public Financial Management) oral presentation of Washoe County's
        Investment Portfolio for the period ending December 31, 2011.

 *6.  Committee Member/Comments – limited to announcements or issues proposed
        for future agendas and/or workshops.

 *7.  Public Comments. Comments heard under this item will be limited to three minutes
        per person and may pertain to matters off the Committee's agenda. The
        Committee will also hear public comment during individual action items, with comment
        limited to three minutes per person.
